Fresh Ministry Moment

Hey everyone, I just wanted to drop a quick update from Fresh Ministry Consulting and the Criss family in this season.

First, as a family, we are doing well, and everyone is healthy and home. My work has shut down for a few weeks, my wife works from home, and the twins just don’t want to get the “throw-up virus”… so they are basically fine. We are doing our social distancing part and staying pretty much locked up in our house, and it will stay that way for the foreseeable future.

Secondly, I’ve been taking advantage of this time at home to do some writing for both LeaderTreks and YouthWorks. Both are amazing organizations and are on the front lines with helping Youth Pastors, and Leaders get the resources they need in a new reality we are all facing. With that said, it means the content being posted to freshministry.ca is taking a hit while I support other ministries.

However, I want to say that if you need any resources, support, prayer or just someone to bounce an idea off of, by all means, contact me by email or through the Facebook group. There are a ton of resources material here (click on the Guides menu) and links to all the publications at the bookstore.

If I could make a recommendation, I would suggest picking up a digital copy of Planning Events (Also available on DYM). It walks you through the process of dreaming up something new all the way to executing that plan. With many ministries trying to figure out what to do going forward. This guidebook will walk you through the process step by step.

This is just a quick update and tune in for more resources next week, and if you have any questions, let me know. Stay safe and know we are all in this together.
